Regulations and forms for the temporary use of spaces for events and premises at the Botanical Garden 

The University Museum System makes some of its indoor and outdoor spaces available, upon request, for various types of initiatives and events. The concession is governed by the current Regulations and is subject to a Price List (Annex A) approved at the Board of Directors' meeting on 9 October 2025.

Procedures for requesting and granting spaces

Requests for reservations and permission to use the spaces must be sent to the following email addresses: prenotazioni.simua@unipa.it and sistemamuseale@unipa.it and must contain the following information and declarations:

  • details of the applicant, including the name of the person responsible, any organisational secretariat and all the administrative data necessary for invoicing;
  • nature of the event, indicating the content, purpose of the initiative and how to participate in the event;
  • date and times of the event and use of the spaces;
  • precise indication of the spaces involved in the initiative;
  • description of any special fittings and/or equipment and any logistical requirements, including the time needed for their installation;
  • number of expected participants (expected attendance);
  • any forms of advertising for the initiative (web, press, flyers, newsletters, posters and other);
  • commitment to expressly accept all provisions of the Regulations.

Applicants must submit a written request to the University Museum System, stating their reasons, at least 30 days before the event.

The application must be drawn up using the appropriate form, which can be downloaded from the Downloads section.
